The Lower East Side Girl's Club 3rd Annual WALKATHON!!! :D

On May 7th, as a proud member, I didn't only walk for the Lower East Side Girl's Club, I walked for the future of girls. Over 200 people joined in benefiting the new building for the girls that will be made in 2012. The event was brightfully colorful, and the smiles were contagious. Each girl giggled from excitement after walking a block closer to their goal of raising money for the new building. Picture a parade of humongous pink gowns, balloons, pink bandannas and a personal marching band that accented the Girl's Club chanting almost magically. The Cinderella's don't need a man to make them happy, they just need a whimsical place full of opportunity and a safe haven for being themselves. A place that is more magnificent than any castle - The Lower East Side Girls Club! <3

Lady Gaga's Personal Trainer joined our walkathon! Yeah!

This is the site where the new Girl's Club is being built!

The train ride to mystery.

I sit on the train mesmerized by the faces of history across from me.
Souls that have been roaming the world for years yet somehow in that momentum we come together to commit to traveling to the future on the train.
As the minutes pass, I imagine their life story.
Their bodies sit still on the seats as I write narratives of their lives through their bland facial expressions. They are analyzed by the human detective across from them.
A person gets off the seat to continue their life without my viewing and a new person sits down to take their spot of examination.
Perhaps later on in life you end up meeting again, or they become one of those success stories, but you end up forgetting them because they were not that 'someone' when you first saw them.
Our bodies are the physical products of our life - the wrinkles, the dryness, the dirt, all happened and are exemplified.
As they glare out the window, I glare at them.
I wonder what they're thinking about.
I wonder why we haven't spoken yet.
Instead we remain awkwardly silent even though we are taking up the same space.
I sit still in my chair and analyze the person people don't look at because they are "just another person in this humongous world."
To me everyone with a voice is someone who shouldn't go about ignored.
To me everyone is a storyteller, and their own 1st person narrator.
To me everyone is a celebrity that I want to know about.

Philosophy Lessons Written By Your's Truly Nova M Bajamonti

BEHOLD THE MAGIC OF BEING AN OPEN BOOK AND HAVING AN OPEN MIND...

When someone calls someone weird I respond by saying " nope, they're just a product of their life. Therefore because of your "product" you're weird to them.' Moral of the story = we're all weird because all the events of our life add up and creates us as a unique product. In other words - declare your weirdness and defend all the products in the world because we all make up a huge supermarket ♥

Talk to everyone, because you will learn a life lesson from their life story. You'll realize the magic of opening a soul through a conversation. It's amazing how much everyone keeps bottled up - my purpose in life is to open those bottles and metaphorically show off the beautiful liquid that was stored inside for safe keeping.

WHAT I WISH SANTA COULD BRING BACK...
Dear Red Hot Chili Peppers, Coldplay, YeahYeahYeahs, Metro Station, and Arctic Monkeys: Why are you not here? I miss you - can you please come back again. It feels like my teenage hood soundtrack has been disconnected. Now why would you want to hurt a girl like this? :'[
